7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Be free from scratches, damage, or signs of use.
- Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Requests made after the 7-day return period.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, P M Modelling will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
- Once the item is received and passes inspection, your replacement will be processed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds generally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), P M Modelling will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible products may still qualify for return or exchange under our 7-day policy.
